[Experience]
[as arrows rain down on the Spartans, Astinos begins laughing hysterically]
Stelios: What the hell are you laughing at?
Astinos: Well, you had to say it!
Stelios: What?
Astinos: “Fight in the shade”!
[both laugh]
Dark clouds to the left..
Light and clouds to the front and right..
Lightning, lightning, lightning, thunder, lightning, thunder
Normal exit looks jammed, take a side route..
Good light clouds ahead..
Go straight, looks like more traffic
Right looks ok…
BIG BLACK CLOUDS
Lightning..
And then the rain.. So much freaking rain.. blowing, hurricane rain..
Actually i’ve been around a hurricane rain and this was worse
But i’m weird that way.. a normal person is probably freaked out at rain so heavy,
that it was a river you drove through,
that you could barely see out your window and couldn’t see the other car’s flashing lights
I laughed.
Just like Stelios and Astinos..
A challenge.. the danger.. the unknown.
————————
It’s all about.. perspective
i suppose.
These days.. merchants are just p!ssing me off.
Demanding, stupid and lazy.
It’s always that combination, in various degrees.
And its high volume. Its been quite a while since I felt overwhelmed by the amt of calls.
My tone changes..
I stop caring..
The middle finger comes out alot..
My patience gets shortened..
I take ‘washroom breaks’ more frequently..
But then it came to me..
My voice became sweeter; I was seducing you with my words..
I started caring.. or atleast I sounded like it
My middle finger went away.. and I crossed my arms behind my head.
My patience was unlimited.. b/c I was giving out the answers and there is nothing you can say back.
And when you were so mad that I wasn’t giving in to your own stupidity..
I said:
Thank you for choosing Citi.
